開催中止となりました6月15日（土）の企画ライブ「KANA-BOONのOSHI-MEEN!!」Zepp DiverCity(TOKYO)公演の払い戻し方法が決まりましたので、下記にてご案内致します。

【払戻方法の詳細】
※払い戻し受付期間を過ぎますと、払い戻しは出来なくなりますのでご注意下さい。
　購入いただいた店舗にて払い戻しを行います。

●払い戻し方法●
1.ローソン・ミニストップ店内に設置の「Loppi」の画面で「各種サービスメニュー」をタッチしてください。
2.『スポーツ／コンサート／演劇・ミュージカル・お笑い／会員向けサービス／ファンクラブ入会・継続』ボタンをタッチしてください。
3.『チケットの払戻し』ボタンをタッチしてください。
4.チケット券面記載のバーコード下の払戻し番号を入力して下さい。払戻し番号は16桁となります。
5.『○確定する』ボタンをタッチしてください。
6. 申込み券が発券されるので30分以内に申込み券とチケットをレジにてお持ちください。

※ Please note that the refund won’t be possible once the refund period is over. 

The refund will be done at the store where you bought the ticket.

●Instructions for refund●
1.Please select 「各種サービスメニュー」(“Menu for all sorts of services”)on the screen of the Loppi machine located in the Lawson or Ministop store.
2. Select the button『スポーツ／コンサート／演劇・ミュージカル・お笑い／会員向けサービス／ファンクラブ入会・継続』(“Sport / Concert / Play・Musical・Comedy / Services for members / fan-club membership” )
3.Select the button 『チケットの払戻し』( “Ticket refund”)
4.Enter the refund number, written just below the barcode on the ticket. The refund number has 16 numbers.
5. Touch the button『○確定する』(“validation”)
6. Wait for the refund coupon to be printed, and bring it with the concert ticket to the cashier, where you will be reimbursed.
